SALAD:SALAMI COUSCOUS SALAD

1/2 of a 9-ounce package frozen cut green beans
2/3 cup ready-to-cook couscous
8 ounces sliced salami
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
Recipe
Cook green beans according to package directions. Drain. Rinse with cold water. Drain again.
Meanwhile, place couscous in a large mixing bowl. Pour 2/3 cup boiling water over couscous. Let stand 5 minutes.
Cut the salami slices into wedges. Stir salami, cooked beans and Italian salad dressing into couscous. Mix well. Cover and chill for 2 to 3 hours or until serving time.
Makes 3 servings.
