Toasted Ham and Gouda Sandwich

8 slices pumpernickel bread
1/4 cup Creamy Mustard-Mayonnaise Sauce (recipe follows)
2 Tbsp. fresh chopped chives
8 oz. thinly sliced cooked ham
1 medium tomato, sliced
8 oz. Gouda cheese, sliced
3 Tbsp. butter, softened
Recipe
Spread bread with mustard-mayonnaise sauce. Sprinkle 4 slices of the bread with chives; top with ham, tomato and cheese and over with remaining bread slices. Spread 1 Tbsp. butter on tops of sandwiches.
Melt remaining 2 Tbsp. butter in 12-inch skillet over low heat. Add sandwiches,.cover and cook 3 minutes or until toasted; turn, cover and cook an additional 3 minutes until toasted and cheese is melted.
Creamy Mustard-Mayonnaise Sauce:
Combine 3 Tbsp. of mayonnaise with 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard.
