4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cubed
1 large green bell pepper, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
1 onion, cut into chunks
1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 cup barbeque sauce
Recipe
1 Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.
2 Skewer chicken breast cubes, green bell pepper pieces, onion chunks and red bell pepper pieces alternately on long skewers.
3 Place skewered chicken and vegetables on the prepared grill. Brush with barbeque sauce. Turning and brushing with barbeque sauce frequently, cook to desired doneness.
