One-Skillet Chicken Parmesan

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
1 jar (14 oz.) spaghetti sauce (about 1-1/2 cups)
2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
Recipe
HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cover. Cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
ADD spaghetti sauce and 1 cup water to skillet; stir. Bring to boil.
STIR in rice. Top with chicken. Sprinkle with cheeses; cover. Reduce heat to low; cook 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
