4 cups refrigerated diced potatoes
1 package (1.25-oz.) ORTEGA Taco Seasoning Mix - Regular
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 jar (16-oz.) ORTEGA Salsa - Homestyle Recipe (Mild)
Recipe
PLACE pork, potatoes and seasoning mix in large, heavy-duty plastic bag; shake to coat. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
TOP with salsa and potatoes. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center.
