    List of Ingredients




    1 c Chilled peach nectar
    1/2 c Milk
    1 Container (6 ounces) peach yogurt
    Ground nutmeg

    Recipe



    Place nectar, milk and yogurt in blender. Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth. Sprinkle with nutmeg. 2 SERVINGS
