SOYMILK SMOOTHIES
List of Ingredients
1 frozen banana
2 large frozen strawberries
1 1/2 cups vanilla soymilk (West Soy Plus is my favorite; if you don't have vanilla, you can use plain and add a drop or two of pure vanilla extract)
1/2 cup orange juice, optional
ice cubes, optional
Recipe
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend to combine.
2. Enjoy!
Other ideas:
1. Take out the strawberries and add raw carob powder.
2. Pineapple, raspberries, blueberries, kiwi, etc., etc., etc.
3. Soy yogurt.
