1 lb. cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
24 vanilla wafers
1 can pie filling
Recipe
Pie filling can be any kind you desire. Blend cream cheese, sugar, eggs, & vanilla. Place cup cake liners in cup cake pans. Put one vanilla wafer in the bottom of each. liner. Fill 3/4 full of mixture. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes. Cool then put pie filling on top. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
