Country Club Potato Soup**

4-5 potatoes, cut into small cubes
1 small onion, diced
1/2 cup celery
3 tablespoons butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 pound of Velveeta cheese or 1 (8 ounce) package
shredded Cheddar cheese
Recipe
Put potatoes, onion, celery and butter into a saucepan. Cover with water and cook until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
Add the mushroom soup, milk and cheese. Cook until thoroughly heated. Add black pepper just before serving if you wish.
