Fabulous Little Potatoes

List of Ingredients
6-8 little red potatoes, the smaller the better
(the size of the last digit of your little finger is ideal)
2 large sweet onions, chopped
6 large garlic cloves, minced
(more or less as desired)
1/2 C. olive oil
1-1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/3 C. fresh dill, chopped
Juice of one lemon
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Recipe
Wash potatoes and cut into bite-size pieces, or leave whole if tiny. Boil until barely tender. drain, rinse with cold water and set aside.
Cook onions and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Add seasoned salt, dill, lemon juice and pepper at last minute.
Put potatoes in oiled casserole dish. Cover with onion mixture and mix well.
Heat in 325* oven for 30 minutes, or serve at room temperature.
Serves 6-8.
