CRAB PICKER'S SPREAD
List of Ingredients
1 pound jumbo lump crab meat
1 package (6 to 10 ounces) Italian salad dressing mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 Tablespoon horseradish mustard
chopped parsley (garnish)
assorted chips, crackers or raw vegetables
Recipe
Remove any shell or cartilage from crab meat. Combine crab meat, salad dressing mix, sour cream, mayonnaise and horseradish mustard; chill if desired. Garnish with parsley. Serve with crackers, chips or vegetables.
