Craig's Voodoo Butter

The recipe says this is good on anything, but I think I will try it on chicken or salmon.
List of Ingredients
8 ounces unsalted butter, at room temperature
3 canned chipotle chiles, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Grated rind from 1 orange
Juice from 1/2 orange
Salt to taste
Recipe
Blend all ingredients together in a bowl. Mix well with an electric mixer. Lay butter mixture on a piece of plastic wrap and form into a "log." Roll up in plastic and place in freezer until ready to use. This butter can be used for just about anything.
Makes 1 cup.
