1 Tbs. unsalted butter
2 Jonathan or Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced thinly into rings
1 Tbs. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Recipe
Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Sauté apple rings 5-6 minutes, until tender. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Stir gently to blend.
