    Crust:
    1 yellow cake mix (save one cup for topping)
    1 egg
    1/2 cup butter

    Filling:
    3 cups cooked pumpkin
    2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2/3 cup milk

    Topping:
    1 cup cake mix
    1/4 cup white sugar
    1/4 cup butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon

    Recipe



    Crust: Mix together and press into a 9x13 greased and floured pan.

    Filling: Combine all ingredients.

    Topping: Combine and sprinkle over filling. Bake 45-55 minutes at 350 degrees until knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
