    List of Ingredients




    2 - l0 ounce packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    2 - 8 ounce cans artichoke hearts - drained and cut in half
    1/4 cup butter
    2 tablespoons milk
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    l - 8 ounce package of cream cheese at room temperature
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 cup of herb seasoning stuffing mix
    1-tablespoon butter for topping
    Paprika

    Line bottom of baking dish with artichoke hearts and mix together spinach, butter, milk, onions, cream cheese and salt and pepper and spread over top of artichoke hearts. Sprinkle herb-stuffing mix on top and dot one tablespoon of butter on top and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

    This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to use. Bring to room temperature before cooking. This can also be microwaved at medium for 12-l4 minutes covered in plastic wrap and turn half way through microwaving for even heating.
