Broccoli w/ Ginger

1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon finely chopped gingerroot
3 green onions chopped
1 1/2 pounds broccoli florets
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon honey Recipe
In a large skillet, heat oil. Add ginger and green onions; sauté for 1 minute. Add broccoli; stir-fry for 2 minutes. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, and honey; mix well. Add to broccoli mixture; cook for 1 minute or just until broccoli is tender.
