Oven-Roasted Asparagus

1-1/2 pounds asparagus
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Sea salt to taste
Cracked black pepper to tasteRecipe
Preheat the oven to 425°.
Trim the asparagus and place them on a sheet pan. Drizzle with the olive oil, sprinkle with the minced garlic, and season with salt and black pepper. Roast for about 4 minutes, or until al dente. Serve immediately.
