    Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce and catgurrl at rc

    List of Ingredients




    3 lbs. chicken wings
    Oil for deep-frying (see note)
    1/2 cup butter
    10 Tbsp Louisiana hot sauce

    Recipe



    Wash wings, split at each joint, and discard tips.


    Deep-fry wings at 400 degrees (F) for 10 to 15 minutes (see note below). Drain well.


    Melt butter and combine with hot sauce. Dip wings in sauce. (Serves 8 to 10 as an appetizer.)

    NOTE: Alternatively, the wings can be baked in a 400-degree oven for 25 minutes until crispy.
