List of Ingredients
2-1/2 lbs. chicken wing pieces
Oil
1/2 cup cayenne pepper sauce
1/3 cup butter, melted
Recipe
Deep-fry wings in hot oil at 400 degrees for 12 minutes, or until cooked and crispy. Drain.
Combine cayenne pepper sauce and melted butter. Dip wings in sauce to coat.
Serve with celery and blue cheese dressing, if desired.
Serves 8
VARIATION: You may bake wings for 1 hour in a 425-degree oven or grill over medium heat for 30 minutes.
