1 cup strong coffee
1/4 cup Splenda
1 cup ff milk
2 Tablespoon reduced calorie chocolate syrup
1 cup ff reduced calorie vanilla ice cream
2 cups ice cubes
Recipe
In a blender add milk, cold coffee, chocolate syrup and Splenda. Mix briefly then add ice cream and ice cubes. Blend until thick and creamy.
This is delicious and tastes just like the real thing. Top it off with a teaspoon of fat free cool whip , stick a straw in and enjoy. This makes four 8 oz. servings at 2 points per serving.
