    1 pkg Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Spice Cake Mix
    4 egg whites
    1 c. uncooked quick-cooking oats
    1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 c. raisins

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheets. Combine cake mix, egg whites, oats, and applesauce in large mixing bowl. Beat at low speed w/electric mixer until blended. Stir in raisins. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake 7-9 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets. Move to cooling racks, cool completely.Yield: 48 cookies
