    One 8-ounce loaf French bread, cut in half horizontally, then vertically into 4 equal
    slices to make 8 pieces
    12 ounces cooked lean boneless roast beef, thinly sliced
    2 cups hot low-sodium beef broth

    Recipe



    Onto each of 4 warm plates, place 2 bread pieces, cut-side up.
    Top each bread piece with 1 1/2 ounces roast beef, then 1/4 cup broth. Cover each plate tightly with foil; let stand 1-2 minutes, until heated through.
