8-oz package cabbage and carrot coleslaw mix
1/4 cup slivered almonds
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
1/4 cup canola oil
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 2/3 tablespoons Splenda
1 package low-fat Ramen noodle soup mixRecipe
Toast almonds and sunflower seeds under broiler for 5 minutes. Crush ramen noodles by hand and mix with cabbage. Mix in toasted almonds and sunflower seeds.
In separate bowl, mix oil, vinegar, sugar and chicken flavor packet from ramen noodles. Wisk together and pour over slaw mixture. Toss until well coated. refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
