4 Potatoes,Cut In Wedges
1/4 c Cornmeal
1 t Chili Powder
1/2 t Garlic Powder
1/2 t Onion Powder
1/2 t Cumin
Recipe
Cut potatoes in wedges and moisten with water. Combine remaining ingredients in zipper baggie and shake to mix. Add potatoes and shake until evenly covered. Spread in a single layer on baking sheet and bake at 350 until done, about 20 minutes.
