2 Seedles European Cucumbers
Cider Vinegar
Salt&Pepper
1 Sprinkle of Splenda

Using food processors thick slice blade.* I use my euro-pro. Slice cucumbers . Or can use v-slicer.

Next: Place slices in bowl. add enough cider vinegar to cover slices. Toss them in the vinegar to make sure. add salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle of splenda or to taste. let sit in fridge for a while or overnight
