    Dried Beef Gravy Over Toast

    2 (3oz.) packages dried beef
    3 tablespoons oil
    1 1/2 tablespoons flour
    1/2 teaspoons salt
    1/ 4 teaspoons pepper
    3 cups of half and half or milk

    Recipe



    Heat oil in large skillet
    Add flour and stir to form a paste
    Immediately stir in milk
    Tear beef into small pieces
    Add to skillet
    Add salt and pepper
    Stir frequently until thickened
    Serve over toast
