    • 1 pound sausage
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 can whole kernel corn
    • 2 cups rice
    • water


    Instructions


    1. Brown sausage and drain well.
    2. Drain and save liquid from corn.
    3. Using the liquid from the corn and adding enough water to make 4 1/2 cups of rice.
    4. Mix all ingredients into a casserole dish; cover and bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated throughout.
    5. Makes 6 to 8 servings


    Final Comments


    I use Jimmy Dean reduced fat sausage, fat free sour cream and healthy request soup when making this recipe.
