Sausage Rice Casserole

- 1 pound sausage
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 2 cups rice
- water
Instructions
- Brown sausage and drain well.
- Drain and save liquid from corn.
- Using the liquid from the corn and adding enough water to make 4 1/2 cups of rice.
- Mix all ingredients into a casserole dish; cover and bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated throughout.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings
Final Comments
I use Jimmy Dean reduced fat sausage, fat free sour cream and healthy request soup when making this recipe.
