Corn And Potato Chowder

List of Ingredients
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 5 cups water
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 cup cream style corn
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a large crockpot and cook well. For a heartier soup, you can also add cubed ham or bacon bits.
