    • 5 cups flour
    • 1 pound lard
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 3/4 to 1 cup milk


    Instructions


    1. Sift dry ingredients and mix with lard. Add milk.


    Final Comments


    Delicious pastry and nice and light and tasty. This made 4 covered 9 inch pies for me.
