• 1 package Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing Mix
  
• 1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
  
• 1 (4 1/2 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
  
• 8 ounces wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
  
• 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
  
• 3/4 cup milk
  
• 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  
• Green onions, sliced (optional)
  






Instructions



1. In a saucepan, combine all ingredients, except cheese. Heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with cheese. Garnish with green onions.
   
   
2. Yield: 4 servings
