    List of Ingredients

    garlic
    pork loin roast
    1/4 cup worchestershire (sp?) sauce
    1/4 cup soy sauce


    Recipe

    I cut the top of it and put garlic in the slots.. and then I poured 1/4 cup worchestershire (sp?) sauce and 1/4 cup soy sauce over the roast. Covered it with foil and baked it at 300-325 for 4-5 hours
