Recipes are set forth in a pleasing and uniform manner for your printing ease. Where available I have included 'review ratings' whether it is forks, spoons or stars. No recipe has less than 3.5 stars and each has been rated by at least 3 people.
New Recipes will be added bi-weekly as in: A-New-Recipes-May-Week-1-2. At the beginning of each month the previous month's recipes will be filed in their proper categories week-by-week.
If you see "Adapted from" on the source line, this means I have lowered or changed something in the original recipe. Salt, Eggs and Butter are some of the biggest problems in heart disease and high blood pressure; so I have (if I can) lowered or changed them to a more reasonable level.
