stuffed peppers

have not made these "stuffed peppers" in ages but here goes. I never used exact portions it depends on how many you are preparing.
I use a large pyrex baking dish for this recipe. preheat the oven to 350F and bake for 45-50 minutes.
List of Ingredients
8-10 green peppers with tops cut off, cored and seeded(keep tops)
2-3 lbs. at least of lean ground beef
2 medium onions finely chopped
2 stalks of celery finely chopped
5-6 cloves of garlic minced, maybe more
couple of heaping tablespoons of Paprika
freshly ground pepper to taste
couple of heaping tablespoons of Parsley
1/2 seasoned bread crumbs
(I don't add salt)
cooked rice(2-3cups)depends on your personal taste
