Mexican Crispbread

Recipe Introduction
This is a great morning snack or lunch.
List of Ingredients
1 package crispbread (2" x 4" slices)
1 jar salsa
TexMex shredded cheese
(mozzarella, cheddar, monterey jack w/ jalapeno peppers)
Recipe
On each slice of crispbread,
spread 1 TBSP salsa
top with some cheese.
If you have a few, place on a plate and microwave on high until cheese melts.
Keep an eye on it the first time you make it so you can time how long it takes. Less than 3 minutes.
If you have many, place them on baking sheets, and place them under the oven broiler until cheese melts.
If you want to freeze them, freeze them individually, then place them in a freezer container or bag.
To reheat, place frozen in microwave on high until cheese melts.
