I have found out that if I make my stuffed chicken breasts and wrap them in foil before putting them in the RSG they come out super moist! Lately I have been getting fresh broccoli and steaming it in the microwave, then I stuff a chicken breast with it and some pepperjack cheese wrap in foil, cook in rsg then unwrap enough to expose top put some more pepperjack on top and broil until bubbly. (Or if I dont feel like using the broiler, I mix a little heavy cream and pepperjack cheese and put in microwave until
mixable and pour on top of chicken.)
OK I have shared... now it's someone else's turn. By the way I am personally on a no/low carb diet.
