I made cornbread for the first time in my RSG.
List of Ingredients
1 cup cornmeal
1/4 c self rising flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3/4 cup of buttermilk (approx.)
Recipe
I cooked it for 11 minutes. Wasn't sure so I inserted a knife (very gently) and it WAS done. I can't believe that I made cornbread in less than 15 minutes and didn't have to heat the oven in my stove. It was perfect, didn't stick, wasn't dried out. (I use Crisco shortening to grease my RSG and it works perfectly.
