1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. Herman
1 c. mashed banana
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2-1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts

Recipe



Cream shortening, banana and sugar. Add Herman (starter) and eggs. Mix well. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture. Add nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
