2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. finely shredded carrots
1 c. oil
1 c. Herman
4 eggs
1/2 c. chopped walnuts


Recipe



Stir together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, soda and cinnamon. Add carrots, oil, Herman and eggs. Mix until moistened. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.. Pour batter into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for about 55 minutes. Cool well. Spread with cream cheese frosting, sprinkle with walnuts.
