TATER TOT CASSEROLE

Recipe Introduction
This is a delicious, easy casserole that we enjoyed this week!
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 pounds of hamburger (fried with the onion)
2 pounds tater tots
1 pint sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1 /2 soup cans of milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 /2 teaspoon pepper
1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 cups of corn flakes
Half cup of melted margarineRecipe
Brown the hamburger and onion in a skillet; set aside to cool. Put tater tots in the bottom of a casserole dish. Mix together sour cream, soup, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over tater tots. Stir cubed velveeta into hamburger and spread over tater tot mixture. Combine corn flakes with melted margarine and sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes.
