Appetizer Cheese Bake

1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 cup real mayonnaise
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. crushed garlic
3 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 cup finely chopped onionRecipe
Drain completely, the can of diced tomatoes. Pat dry on paper towel to absorb all liquid. Add egg, mayonnaise, pepper and garlic. Stir in cheese and onion. Spray one quart soufflé dish with non-stick spray. Spoon into dish and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until "Puffed and Golden". Serve immediately with crackers.
