    Recipe Introduction

*This is also very good done the same way with walnut halves, pecan halves and whole cashews.

    List of Ingredients

4 ounces cheddar or American cheese
    1-8 ounce cream cheese softened
1 can of green (with or without the pimento) or black olives (drained and almost dry)*
    1 teaspoon milk
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 tablespoon dried onions
    1 tablespoon dried chives
    pinch dill weed

    Recipe

Shred or chop the cheese in as little pieces as possible. Let sit at room temperature while you put the rest of the mixture together. Mix the milk, cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce together thoroughly. Add the spices and mix again. Next add the American or cheddar cheese. Mix and let set in refrigerator till the cheese looks like it has "melted" in with the creamed cheese mixture. When it has "melted" into it, mix again. Then take each olive and mold about 1-1 ½ teaspoons of the cheese mixture around each olive. Stick a toothpick in each one. Cover with plastic wrap till ready to serve.
