Spaghetti Bread

3 1/2 ounces (1/2 of 7 ounce package)
Thin spaghetti, cooked, drained, and
rinsed with cold water
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1 package active dry yeast
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 tablespoon olive oil
Recipe
In a large bowl, combine first 9 ingredients. In a medium bowl, whisk together water and oil. Gradually add oil mixture to dry ingredients; knead until a soft dough forms. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead about 5 minutes or until dough becomes elastic and pliable. Place dough in a greased bowl; grease top of dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place (80 to 85 degrees) 1 hour or until doubled in size. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and punch down. Shape into a loaf and place in a greased 5x9" loaf pan. Grease top of dough. Cover and let rise in a
warm place 1 hour or until doubled in size. Preheat oven to 350F. Bake 30-35 minutes or until brown and bread sounds hollow when tapped. Transfer to a wire rack to cool
completely. Store in an airtight container.
Yield: 1 loaf bread
