    Recipe Introduction

"I found this recipe online years ago and I've been making it ever since. I make this every year for St. Patrick's Day and get requests for it just about every other day of the year as well. Serve with LOTS of butter."

    List of Ingredients

    4 cups all-purpose flour
    1 cup white sugar
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    3 eggs
    1 pint sour cream
    1 cup raisins

    Recipe

    1. Preheat oven to 325.
    2. Grease (I use butter) two 8x4 loaf pans.
    3. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
    4. Add remaining ingredients.
    5. Split batter between the loaf pans.
    6. Bake for 1 hour.
