    The secret's in the pecan praline mix.

    List of Ingredients




    Pecan Praline Mix:
    1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
    3/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans

    Coffeecake:
    1/2 cup butter or margarine
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    3 eggs
    1-1/2 cups raisins
    2 cups flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 cup sour cream

    Recipe



    Prepare Topping:
    Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together; cut in butter until crumbly. Mix in pecans. Set aside.

    Prepare Coffeecake Batter:
    Beat butter, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Blend in eggs one at a time. Then stir in raisins. Add flour sifted with baking powder, baking soda and salt alternately with sour cream. Mix until smooth.

    Assemble Coffeecake:
    Spread half of batter in greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Sprinkle with half of Pecan Praline Mix; repeat layers.

    Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes or until done. Cool in pan 10 minutes; turn out on wire rack.

    Yields: one 10-inch coffee cake
