    • 1 stick (1/2 cup) softened unsalted butter
    • 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar, or to taste
    • 6 tablespoons brandy
    • Cinnamon to taste

    Recipe



    In a bowl, whisk the butter until it is whipped. Gradually beat in the sugar and the brandy and continue whisking until it is light. Transfer to a container and chill, covered, for at least 2 hours. Serve sprinkled with the cinnamon. Yields: about 1 cup.
