    HONEY BUTTER I
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    2 T. honey
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon

    Mix all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy.

    HONEY BUTTER II
    4 oz butter
    1/2 c honey

    In mixing bowl with electric mixer at high speed, beat butter until light and fluffy. Lower speed to medium and beat in honey until well blended. Keep in covered container and store in refrigerator up to
