3/4 lbs (3 sticks) butter, softened
3 C sugar
6 eggs
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
1 t vanilla
3 C white flour, sifted
Recipe
Cream butter and sugar; then add eggs. Mix in the cream cheese and vanilla and then add the flour, a cup at a time. The batter will be velvety. Bake at 300°F for 90 minutes in a prepared (pam sprayed) bundt pan.
It is done when golden brown. It smells so good too. Drizzle melted chocolate frosting over the top.
