Rosh Hashanah Honey Cake

3 eggs
1 1/3 cups honey
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup black coffee
2 tablespoons baking powder
3 tablespoons margarine
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 cups sifted flour
1 teaspoon cinnamonRecipe
Pre-heat the oven to 350F. Grease and flour a pan with sifted flour. In a mixer beat eggs and honey. Add sugar and continue beating. In a separate bowl mix coffee and baking powder and add it to the egg mixture. Add margarine, baking soda, flour and cinnamon. Mix well. Pour batter into the pan and bake it for 1 hour. Watch carefully it can burn easily due to all the honey and sugar.
