Lemon Supreme Pound Cake

1 pkg. Duncan Hines Deluxe lemon supreme cake mix
1 pkg. Lemon instant pudding mix-4 serving size
1 cup water
1/2 cup Crisco oil
*Crisco oil only as other oils may cause cake to fall.
4 eggs

Recipe



Preheat oven to 350°F. Blend all ingredients in large bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Don't overmix. Bake in greased and floured 10" tube pan for 45-55 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched. Cool right side up for about 25 minutes then remove from pan. Drizzle with glaze (recipe below). Serves 12 to 16.

Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 T. Milk or 1 T. Lemon juice.

Blend powdered sugar with either milk or lemon juice. Drizzle over cake.
