    Cinnamon-Nut Filling:
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 cup finely chopped pecans (optional)

    Cake Batter:

    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 (3 1/2 oz) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 tsp. vanilla - may add some butter flavoring
    3/4 cup water
    1 cup sour cream
    4 eggs
    1/4 cup vegetable oil

    Recipe



    Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Grease Bundt pan HEAVILY wtih butter. Coat with granulated sugar, pouring off excess. Combine cinnamon-nut filling ingredients in a small bowl. Make cake batter - mix ingredients in large bowl and beat until creamy. Alternate layers of batter and cinnamon-nut mixture. Bake for at least 1 hour, perhaps 5-10 minutes longer. (you know your oven, so you judge the time). Cool well before removing from pan. Wrap in foil.
